Aviatrix Medallion | Elizabeth Hartman

Aviatrix Medallion is a fat-quarter friendly, medallion-style sampler quilt designed by Elizabeth Hartman featuring modern takes on traditional quilt blocks. Elizabeth designs her entire quilts as patchwork pieced quilts with very detailed instructions. The center block (birds) and the outer border (butterflies) use templates, which can be made from the full-size patterns in the pattern booklet. Fabric Requirements:

• 25 Fat Quarters 
• 2 1/2 yards of white solid fabric block accents
• 2 1/4 yards of gray solid fabric for the background
• 3/4 yards for binding
